Succeeding in the rapidly evolving postal landscape
As the postal landscape continues to evolve, the business too has to constantly move,
reaffirm and redefine itself to meet the demands of a market that never sleeps. The need
is ever present to adapt to new trends at an unprecedented pace.
One area of many is understanding and defining opportunities in the digital space. For
example, e-commerce can drive growth and raise revenues across the sector. It can
create the need for different business models, delivery networks and efficient payment
and parcel-return systems and processes.
At the World Postal Business Forum, organised by the UPU, you will hear many experts
in their fields speak on a range of critical issues. Chief executives from around the world
will share their insights during the CEO Forum, on how their companies are responding
to market challenges to succeed now and in the future.
In other sessions, key speakers will identify the latest sector trends, new ways of
ensuring sustainability and profitability through innovative solutions, and new business
models, and will discuss how to respond to consumer preferences and unlock the
potential for future growth.
