Dr. Dima Faour-Klingbeil is a fellow researcher at the University of Plymouth. Her research interests focus on farm-to-fork microbial food safety and food pathogens transmissions, the impact of food safety standards on food trade in the developing countries, and the impact of the climate change on food safety. She is also an international food safety consultant, a food auditor for a large number of companies in the EU and Middle East across different food categories and food standards, and an expert trainer for DFK for Safe Food Environment. She is a subject matter expert on US Food Safety Modernization Act and FSPCA lead instructor.
