group of graduate students
•Students were given little to no
instruction on what to do other than to
“pause” what they were doing
•After four days in a row of completing a
Ready, Set, Pause, it only took them a
minute for the pause to take effect
•The Ready, Set, Pause received a 90%
approval rating (NPS) among the
students
