meaningful and cost-effective incentives. Elevated total plan participation to 87% of eligible employees.
• Streamlined insurance billing processes, related accounting. Uncovered $125K error in the company's favor.
Developed cost analysis procedures with Finance to provide senior management with tracking
mechanism.
• Designed competitive benefit program for multi-state employer which included medical, dental, life,
supplemental life, disability and AD&D coverages, as well as flex spending accounts from inception to roll-out.
• Introduced Employee Stock Purchase Plan within three months of IPO to over 1400 employees.
