• Provision of advice on the operation of the Training Scheme with reference to all relevant
legislation, standards, policies and procedures;

• Assist with the analysis of training needs, design and development of training programs and

• Manage the team to ensure all relevant documents, licences, certificates, or any other required
qualification or competency are copied and are kept readily available for inspection on site;

• Close liaison with relevant RTOs in the implementation of this Training Scheme through the
medium of any Learning Partnership Agreement held with those RTO (as appropriate).

As the Training Coordinator I am directly responsible to HSEC Manager for the coordination of
training at the TSJV-LV site, including the operation of the Training Scheme.
The specific areas of accountability are:

• Assistance with the analysis of training needs, design and development of training programs and
instruction packages;
• The co-ordination of site training and assessment for workers, including:
o Site induction;
o Skills training and assessment;
o Health and safety training;
o Operator training, testing and authorisation; and
o Supervisor training.
• Assistance with the maintenance of training records and auditing arrangements;
• Ensure all relevant documents, licences, certificates, or any other required qualification or
