LARES, a corporation constituted in Philippines is currently executing a BOO Project for the
Land Titling Project (LTCP) in Philippines for the Land Registration Authority, Government
of Philippines. ITL is providing Data Integration and Software Development Services to
LARES.
Land Registration Systems, Inc. (LARES) is a project company incorporated by SUFC
Consortium (SUFC) to undertake the computerization of the Land Registration Authority
(LRA) at Philippines.
The Land Titling Computerization Project (LTCP) will cover the development of a System
Integrated Information Technology Solution & Infrastructure that will interconnect LRA's
Registries of Deeds (RD) nationwide, enable on-line transaction processing and integrate
its critical business processes.
LRA and LARES have entered into a contract for the computerization of LRA under a BOO
arrangement. The contract involves the comprehensive modernization of the operations of
the LRA and the computerization of its major business processes.
