Roles and Responsibilities (Consultant Talent Acquisition ):
• Handle end to end recruitment activity, sourcing, screening, scheduling, and negotiating, closing positions.
• Daily reports and MIS preparation of entire recruiter’s team.
• Taking con-call with client and having interaction with them
• Scrutinizing for appropriate candidate in end to end recruitment..
• Analyzing requirements, sourcing and short listing candidates according to the client requirements
• Pre-screening candidates by assessing their Technical skills, communication, Salary Expectations and presenting
suitable candidates based on the Requirement.
• Sourcing of profilers from various sources – Job portal, Professional networks(LinkedIn, Skill pages ,Referrals
(Internal & External)
• Communicating with the Short listed candidates for Interview Scheduling and follow up with offered candidates;
confirm their date of joining, convincing on location, taking feedback from clients and candidates.
• Generating Daily Reports & MIS reports on weekly and monthly basis.
• Collecting the documents for Background verification.
• Coordinating the interview between client and candidate effectively to make the event successful.
• Following up with the candidates till they join. Managing good relationship with candidates to ensure smooth on
boarding, document compilation for selected candidate.

• Screening of Resumes and short listing of candidates on the basis of requirements specified by the Delivery
team/client and maintaining the internal database.

• Process the short listed profiles to the internal panel. Coordinating with the candidate and panels to schedule
the interviews.
• Following up with the candidates till they join. Managing good relationship with candidates to ensure smooth
on boarding, document compilation for selected candidate.
• Maintaining the database of all the candidates, shortlisted, interviewed, offered and declined.
• Maintaining the healthy relationship with the candidates before and after joining.
