EMPLOYMENT
Argos, The Fort, Edinburgh (2012-2013) Christmas temporary sales and stock assistant. This
position involved preparing stock for collection for the customers. Price changing on the shop floor
and processing deliveries.
USC, The Fort, Edinburgh (2014-Present) Sales Advisor, the key roles in this position is customer
care and to be customer focused. Being customer focused help drive sales to meetdaily/weekly
targets for the company. Some ofmy roles included replenishing stock,pricing stock, participate in
stock takes/audits, and processing deliveries.
Work XP - Administrative Assistant, Riverside Practice, Musselburgh (2013-2014) In this role the
main duties that were carried out were creating base documents for a group ofpatients. I would
then print labels to these documents containing patientinformation to be delivered to patients
houses. Another role Iwould partake in is the front of house, in this positon Iwould sit with a
supervisor being the first pointofcontact for any patient to the practice. Iwould book them
appointments and answer the telephone to patients and provide them with accurate information of
concern. Iworked with the practice manager on a software application called Sage Accounting. In
this role I would put in information about incomes and expenses to then reconcile final figures, this
should be the same numbers as the income statement from the bank.

KEY SKILLS
IT – I have a good knowledge ofIT using multiple software applications such as word, excel, access and
PowerPoint. I also have experience with the application Sage Accounting. Ihave developed all these skills
through my time at college completing coursework and work experience.
Communication – Due to my college coursework and work experiences thathave been heavily customer
based Ihave developed excellentcommunication skills. These skills have developed in my previous years
at college and my volunteer work atThe Livingroom.
Organisation – I am a very organised and confidentperson, this has been demonstrated in my ability to
work alone during my college courses and hobbies which have allowed me to develop these skills. Iwas
able to improve my time management/organisation skills further by completing deadlines on time and
handing in/submitted in the time given.
Teamwork – This was an essential partin the majority ofmy college units. Ihave used teamwork many
times in group activities such as creating and presenting presentations in my college classes. Ihave used
teamwork in every work experience and job Ihave been given. Teamwork is what makes everything tick in
any organization and is vital part of every success in a business. My teamwork ability is bestdemonstrated
when I am at work where I am surrounded by my colleagues where we work together in each department of
the store driving sales to make targets for our store.
