scheduling and communication between American Express and partners.

Data Warehouse and Reporting Project Lead Business Analyst for American Express: Led
development of data warehouse and reporting capability for American Express’ partners’ account
receivable; performed requirements gathering, analysis and functional design; worked closely with
American Express leadership and their many bank partners.
Results: Deployed a reporting platform for generating financial statements for all bank owned and
managed legalentities that are accurate,financially balanced,timely and auditable. The platformserves
as the core for a larger initiatives known as Operation Banking Excellence.
Software Application Architect and Business Analyst for Multi-Tier Payment Processing
Application for Vital: Directed requirementsgathering,analysis andfunctionaldesign ofa multi-tiered,
rule centric software application for automated credit card processing; provided leadership in software
application architecture, ILOG rule engine and Java technology.
Results: Supported software agility through externalizing business logic in a user friendly rule format.
Business Development and Vendor Relationship: Served as centralcontact in developing Accenture
relationship with Waratek; led effort for the Proof of Concept (PoC) for Waratek's Java Virtualization
product; integrated Waratek's product with Accenture's Java platform; drove creation of documentation
for internal project teams and external client resources; expanded on Waratek's could VM features
including multi-tenancy, elasticity and metering; increased their benefits in cost reduction, flexibility
and reliability for Java based applications.
Results: Helped foster a strong business relationship between Accenture and Waratek.
Global Java Capability Curriculum Lead: Owned the maintenance of the Java curriculum at
Accenture; managed development and provided technical leadership for ten technical training courses;
proposed andimplementeda new modelfor the Java skills specialty structure (i.e.Single Skill Inventory,
SSI).
Results: Established a strong Java curriculum in line with industry needs serving approximately 15,000
practitioners across the organization in various geographies. Through SSI enabled Accenture Java
practice to better identify available skills for staffing and evaluate and manage skill gaps for
approximately 10,000 developers.
Rule Engine Architect and Business Analyst for Learning Productions: Designed and
implemented the rule-engine component of the Mentor Project. Mentor is a platform for creating
education simulations where learner learns by interacting with simulated characters through case study
scenarios. Mentor platform was used to develop simulations for training cognitive skills in the area of
marketing and sales of computer hardware and software for Avnet Inc.
Results: This project resulted in patented technology and acquisition of Learning Productions by
SmartForce (now part of Skillsoft) for $16,000,000.
