I have participated in more than 640 surgeries as an assistant surgeon during
my period of training and education. All registered in the database of the Hospital
Centers where I received my training as a Neurosurgeon.
I have performed more than 216 surgeries as main surgeon in cases operated
in Cuba and Ethiopia to date. All registered in the database of the Hospital Centers
where I have been hired as a specialist in Neurosurgery.
Other merits and responsibilities:
I began the practice of endoscopic intraventricular and skull base surgery
again at the Dr. Miguel Enriquez Hospital Center. Havana. Cuba. and Christmas
International Brain and Spine Surgery Specialized Center. Addis Ababa. Ethiopia.
after more than 10 years of having abandoned this practice in both centers.
I was invited to give the Conference: Intervention and nursing procedures in
the care of patients with severe head trauma. At the Eighth Uruguayan Nursing
