Role Description
• Mainly involved in end-to-end recruitment process for the Center / CoE.
• Interaction with managers to understand their requirements for the current openings.
• Job Posting, Sourcing & Validating CV's from references, Job Portals (Naukri, Shine) and various other
Sources.
• Coordinating with the consultants, company recruiters & candidates for lining up the interviews.
• Taking initial round of interview.
• Coordinating with Concern H.O.D for F2F interview round of shortlisted candidate.
• Pre joining follow up, updating candidates for requisite documentation, document collection on the date of
joining and employee record file preparation and follow up of pending documents.
• Issuing Offer letter and Appointment letter to the selected candidates..
• Provide pay slip to employees.
• Answering for the Questionnaires of the Employees about the Companies Policies through E-mail,
Telephonic and in Direct.
• Coordinating with the HR Heads for the various Meetings, Functions.
• Provide support to business regarding staff discipline, and provide handholding to new joinees for few days
of their joining and assist them in adapting to the new environment.
• Manage all records of employees
• Handling Admin work as well.

Role Description
Sourcing specialist:
• Analysis of requirements given by Directors.
• Search for prospective candidates using the Portals, Job Posting and Mass Mailing.
• Screening and Short listing of the candidates as per the requirement at initial level.
• Maintaining database of the resume.
• Short listing resumes by evaluating the candidates on technical skills, communication skills.
Recruitment Functions (end to end):
• Sourcing Profiles for various Job portals, Vendors, referrals & Head Hunting.
• Client coordination or various position and feedback.
• Scheduling & Coordinating Interview schedules after short listing the profiles from all sources.
• Coordination & collection of job description from various teams.

• Preparing Recruitment tracker & reports.
• Manage all records of every candidate in Lumen Software.
