The STaR Chart is an online self-assessment tool that helps Texas schools align their technology use and readiness with the state's long-range technology plan by providing a profile of the campus's current technology levels, benchmarks, and goals to guide technology planning, budgeting, and evaluation of projects. It assesses four levels of technology integration across the curriculum from early to target levels to measure student and teacher proficiency and identify funding priorities to support 21st century learning.
