The interns implemented programs like senior days, immunization outreach, and incentive coupons to increase pharmacy services and sales. Their incentive coupon pilot increased front end revenue by over $9,000 across 4 stores. The interns also participated in workshadowing, store visits, and a retail symposium to immerse themselves in Walgreens operations.
