I did this presentation at the Intranätverk conference May 21st to share the analysis I did at Bayer CS. It tells that the technology is not all for the success of the Digital Workplace. The way your company communicates (the communication culture), and the way the Digital Workplace concept is perceived in your organization can also have an impact on the setting up and success of the Digital Workplace.
