• Executes established goods material inspection procedures during the receipt process. Inspect packages;
comparing quantity (Qty) and National Stock Number (NSN) with shipping document. Assurance is to be
taken so that; shelf-life, critical safety item (CSI) materials, or any item containing oil or grease is not broken
down from original equipment manufacturer (OEM) packaging .
• Ensure discrepancies found are annotated on, copy of, corresponding shipping document that is retained for
local files. Assure, if appropriate, discrepancy information is reported via the Industrial Prime Vendor (IPV)
Quality Surveillance Report data base
• Ensure goods received information is uploaded into company database. Assure material is retained in holding
bin when scanned purchase request (PR) number, or NSN is found invalid.
• Monitor outstanding DLA requisitions and initiate follow up actions to ensure maximum customer support.

• Leads and performs various duties that manage, regulate, coordinate or otherwise exercise control over
supplies, equipment or other material. Conduct daily inspections of over 200 pre-expended bin stores
encompassing over 30,000 line items to ensure compliance with establish contract availability of 98 percent
for pre-expended bin items.
• Frequently screened PEB stock for usage/low cost qualification. Issues bench stock to maintenance
personnel at FRC East. Worked alongside partner wit guidance of IMS 3 and 4 personnel.
• Routes customer concerns to management and perform other assigned duties as required, such as, managing
