8. Improving compliance
โข We improve non-compliance by working with LEAโs and Other
Government Departments (OGD)
โข FTSE 350 compliance - S409 disclosure of subsidiary undertakings

โ primarily corporate directors
โ working closely with BIS prosecutors
โ improved to over 98% compliance

โข Companies House maintains register of disqualified directors on
behalf of the Secretary of State.
