To obtain a challenging position as an Account Executive/Client Manager that will enable me to plan,
coordinate, direct and manage client relationships. As well as analyze and adhere to various aspects
of an organization with regards to quality standards and client satisfaction, thus optimizing overall
performance for the company. My role objectives will be to manage client and vendor relationships,
resolve service problems, deliver best in class service and promote revenue growth.
2010 - 2015: Willis Insurance Services of GA; Atlanta, GA
Account Executive
 Liaison for day to day client inquiries regarding administration and management of employee
benefits plans as well as client support for benefit interpretation, problem resolution, special
projects and legislation issues.
 Responsible for executive level reports for stewardship, pre renewal strategies; renewal
presentations, market/placement activity, assist with contribution analysis as well as expanding
additional business opportunities.
 Coordinate bid process with placement team, oversee the preparation of bid specifications,
interpretive analysis of vendor responses, and development of potential solutions and alternative
to best meet the plan objectives for benefits offerings.
 Project lead for product implementation; manage and mentor associates to ensure effective
communication re client management strategic initiatives.
 Direct lead regarding delivery of best in class client deliverables; establish client strategies
around effective and accurate employee communications and education, health fairs, and
vendor relationships.

Willis Administrative Service Corporation - Client Manager
 Responsible for coordination and implementation of self-insured business; designed
communication materials; implemented administrative procedures for banking, billing, enrollments,
and claims processing; trained clients’ staff on carrier administrative functions and handling of
enrollment applications for medical, dental, life, disability and other ancillary products. Lead
financial review and cost analysis for renewals.
Corroon & Black (Association Business and National Employers Trust) - Customer Service
Departments
 Supervisor, Association Business Customer Service Unit - established and supervised unit with
regards to eligibility, benefits and claims payments inquiries for several major carriers.
 Customer Service Representative for National Employee Trust - handled incoming calls regarding
eligibility and claims questions.
