 ExteNet Systems, Inc. designs, owns and operates
multi-carrier, “neutral-host” Distributed Networks to
allow multiple Wireless Service Providers (WSPs) to
provide their 3G and 4G LTE services in the most
effective and efficient manner.
 Indoor & Outdoor Distributed Networks help meet the
growing demand for improved mobile & wireless
broadband coverage and capacity in key strategic
markets across North America.
 Distributed Networks bring wireless network
elements such as low-powered wireless antennas and
access points closer to the user to ensure faster and
more reliable wireless services, including E911.
 Extenet is a public utility in the state of Texas having
been issued Service Provider Certificate of Operating
Authority (SPCOA) #33365 by the Public Utilities
Commission of Texas.

BENEFITS
 DAS and Small Cells are the most recent evolution of wireless technology and are
becoming main-stream for wireless networks. ExteNet’s distributed networks are
generally designed to be shared by multiple wireless carriers.
 Networks are made up of small scale facilities (cables, amplifiers, signal converters,
radio equipment) that are co-located with other utilities, primarily by means of
installation on existing utility poles or in conduits in the public rights-of-way (ROW)
and on other public infrastructure.
 Today’s growing portfolio of smart connected mobile devices, with quick access to
a multitude of mobile applications, initiate significantly more data traffic, video
sessions and continuous social media activity, than legacy tethered devices across
both residential and business user communities.
 According to the FCC, 70 percent of 911 calls are placed from wireless phones and a
very large percentage of those callers did not possess a viable landline option. In
such instances, cellular phone service availability can truly be life-saving.
 DAS and Small Cells are the Win-Win solution for municipalities. Large scale
increases in coverage, capacity and reliability of wireless services can, thereby, be
achieved with minimal environmental and aesthetic impact.
