2. How Do We Promote a Job Fair?
Building a brand takes a lot of hard work. Reinforcing a strong
message in a niche community is even harder. We believe in
strong community marketing to help our employers reach the
right candidates.
To do this we deploy several social, online and offline media
channels to support Job Fair customer visibility for each Job Fair.
• The Job Seeker Handbook details employer information and job
openings, distributed digitally as well as at the event
• Announcements and presentations are provided to area military
transition classes and managers to capture veterans transitioning
to the civilian workforce.
• Targeted invitations are sent to our job seeker community email
database of opt-in recipients
• Digital advertising and social media promotions include Twitter,
SlideShare, LinkedIn, Facebook and more
