 Advance food system
development agenda at the
city level to ensure that
every resident has access to
fresh, healthy, and
affordable food.
 Serve as a resource to the
community to assist in
solution oriented local food
system development.

Eligible Applicants
Grants up to $5,000 for
eligible costs which include:
 Tools, equipment
 Display tables and booths
 Hoophouses
 Irrigation systems
 Rain Barrels
 Construction materials
 Signage and fencing
 Soil
What do I need to apply?
 $25 Application fee
AND
 Have an established sales
presence;
or
 Successfully complete market
garden training;
AND
 Have an executed lease for a
farmer’s market or on a plot of
land that allows farm stands;
or
 Have contracts for sales of
produce to local venues;
