Zoom is a cloud-based
video conferencing service
you can use to virtually
meet with others - either by
video or audio-only or both,
all while conducting live
chats - and it lets you
record those sessions to
view later.

meetings with up to 100
participants, although the
time limit for group meetings
is 40 minutes.
9. Update your profile
You can update your profile by adding a
profile picture, set your time zone,
update your password and more. To
access your Zoom profile, sign in to the
Zoom web portal and click Profile.

10. Set your first
meeting:
1. Sign in to your Zoom web portal.
2. Click Meetings.
3. Click Schedule a Meeting.
4. Choose the date and time for your meeting.
5. (Optional) Select any other settings you would like to
use.
6. Click Save.
14. Create breakout rooms
1. Head over to the Zoom web portal, and select
your Profile Page.
2. Click on the Settings from the navigation
pane, and choose In-Meeting (Advanced) from
the Meeting tab.
3. Find Breakout Rooms from the list, and toggle
it ON.
