If you make a choice that puts you on a path that your gut was telling you not to go on then you will suffer a lot of unnecessary heartache. It’sfunnybut sometimesIthinkaboutmyhoneyandhe callsme like he knew Iwas thinkingof him.My
sweetie isnotgoingtolike thator that,she hasn’t toldme but I justknow it.Look at himsittingover
there all relaxedIbethe wouldlike me togethimsome teaso he can unwindsome more.Imetone of
herfriendsandthere isjustsomethingabout herthatis not rightI don’tthinkshe isher true friend,I
shouldprobablysaysomething.Doyouevergetthat inklingof afeelingaboutsomeone orsomethingin
your guttellsyouwhatyou needtoknow abouta certainperson?Doyou everhave somethingthatis
pressingyourheartor pullingonyourheartstringsandjustwon’tletgo?It’salmostlike a tinylittle
cherubsittingonyour shouldertellingyouthatyoujusthave to do something,youhave tosay
something,youneedtobe somewhere.That’s intuition. That’syourthirdeye chakrawhichsitsabove
the eyesonthe forehead.It’sthatplace of spiritual andsupernatural knowledge andawakeningthat
manyof us have closedoff because we are toobusyhookingupwith and pluggedinto the natural world
all the time. Sometimesitscreamsat usand sometimesit’sagentle whisperinourear. Inrelationships
it wouldserve usall tolistentomessagesbeingfedtousfromour thirdeye sowe know what to do,
whoto trust, andif we shouldwalkdownthatrelationshipormarriage pathor not. So, Heart Blast

2. It’sextremelyimportanttolistentoyourgutor your intuitionbecauseitcansave your life orhelpyou
make a decisionyouwill notregretlater.Whenitcomestomattersof the heartit can leadyour heartin
the right directionorkeepyoufromgettinginvolvedwiththe wrongperson. We all wantto make the
rightchoice whenitcomesto cateringto our heartbecause the heartis veryfragile.People dieof
brokenheartsall the time or fromfeelingsleftunexpressed.Sowe are cautiousmostof the time and
othertimeswe throwcautionto the windbecause we see aprettypicture andwe justknow we fitright
intothat picture.There are momentswhenwe make adecision aboutsomeone thatwe are interested
inand thenlaterwe regretthat decisionbecause somethingtoldusbefore we gotinvolvednottoget
involved.Thatwasyour lovelyintuition.It’sthere foruswhenwe needitandwe have to make sure we
are on a highenoughplane thatwe can hearit and know that we needtolistentoit.If we have a lotof
stressorsthatwe do not deal withproperlyourintuitionmaybe murky.If we drinktoo muchalcohol,
smoke toomuch, engage inriskybehaviorsordon’tdeal with emotionsthatrise tothe surface we can
missthe still small voice inside thatsays“no,don’tdo that.”The bestwayto embrace yourintuitionis
to be so spirituallyintune thatyoucan’tmissthe callsand whispersandscreams. Again,yourthirdeye
chakra needstobe openso youcan listentoitand know whatto do all the time.
Whenwe are connectedtoour spirit,we are more authenticthanwhenwe are stuck inthe natural.
That meansthere isa supernatural wavelengththatisbeckoningforustoconnectto it and ride the
wave.If we ignore thatbeckonthenwe will missalot of messagesthatwe needtohear and
understand.Messagesthatcouldsave ourlivesormake sure we make the rightchoice aboutsomething
like arelationship.Manypeople come inprettylittlepackagesandif we are usedto boringor typical
packageswe may getsuperexcitedandjumpthe gunso we can rip that package openandsee what is
inside.Ithinkit’ssaferif youtake a lookat the package anddo what youcan to not judge whatyousee.
Insteadshake ita little bit,putitina differentlight,setitona highershelf,moveitaroundthe room,
openjusta little bitof itat a time andsee whatyou findout.If you gettoo much informationaboutthe
package at once thenyoumay getburnedbecause somethingsuper-hotcouldbe insidethatyoumay
not be readyto handle orequippedtohandle. Isn’tthatwhywe buyChristmasgiftsandput them
underthe tree far inadvance of Christmasday.Theylooksoprettyunderthat tree and everyonce ina
while we gooverto the tree and pickup the package and imagine whatcouldbe inside,andwe shake it
arounda little bitandwonderwhatisinthere.Thenwe getexcitedbecause of the unknownand
anticipation.It’snotChristmas yet,sowe have towaitto unwrapit and that’sfine because we wantto
waitfor that special daywhenwe are gatheredwithourlovedonesandeveryonegrabstheirgiftsfrom
underthe tree and finallywe gettoopenwhatwe have beenstaringat forso long.That’sexcitingandit
beatsrippingitopenrightawaybecause thenthe excitementandanticipationare gone if youdo that.
Andso it is the same twithpeople we getinvolvedwith.Ourintuitionmaybe tellingus“hey,she isthe
one for you”and thenit says“approach cautiouslybecause she isnotlike the otherpackagesyouare
usedto” or “he doesn’trespondtoyouthe wayothermendo” and that meansyoushouldlistentoyour
intuitionandtake itslow.If youmove toofast itcould scare themthe heck awayand evenif theyare
the right person, theymaybe nervousaroundyoubecause youmovedtoofastand maybe too
aggressively.So,take yourtime observingthe package,approach everyonce inawhile, togive the
package some attentionbecause we all needattentionorwe will lookelsewhere forit.Thentake ahold
of thatpackage carefullyandwithcaution.Be gentle andtake yourtime unwrappingitbecause whatis
inside couldbe the giftyouhave beenwaitingall yourlifefor.Thatgiftonlycomesaroundone time so
youowe it to yourself tomake sure youreceive itcarefully.Comingontoostrongcouldcause

3. somethinginside of the package toshatteror breakintopiecesyoumaynot be readyto put back
together.That’swhyitis soimportantto stay spirituallyconnectedbecause thatiswhere yourintuition
comesfrom.It’slike Godis rightthere withyouguidingyouandleadingyouandthat isall spiritual.
You don’twantto ignore God’svoice and sometimesyourintuitionisGod’svoice tellingyouwhattodo
and whatnot to do.Sometimesyoujustknow deepinside if somethingorsomeone isnotrightforyou
and that meansyourconnectiontospiritisstrong.Don’tignore those urgings.Idon’tknow if any of you
have seenthose moviescalled Final Destination.Theyare reallygreatmoviesbutsupergraphicandthey
are all aboutintuitionandmore soabout impendingandunavoidable deathcomingforsomeone.Inthe
movie there isalwaysamaincharacter whoeitherhasa dreamor sensessomethingbadiscomingand
thentheywake upand not muchlongerlaterwhattheysaw or what theyfeltactuallyhappens. That
was intuitionanditcomesinmanyforms.I have haddreamsmyself aboutthingsthatwere goingon
behindmybackor somethingsomeone wasdoingandmyspiriturgedme ina dream.I dreamedit
before ithappenedandthisiscalledpremonitions.Premonitionsare real,manypeoplehave themand
that isa supernatural phenomenonthatcanhappento anyone andevenmore sowhenyouare
spirituallyconnected.So,let’ssaythisgirl namedBethcrossesyourpathand she isamazing,beautiful,
smart,kind,funny,the works.You,Johnare smittenandyoubeingaman and all and single donotwant
to waste time gettingclose toBeth.Soyoumake a move andshe doesn’trespond.Hmm….well,that
didn’twork.Youget a little nervousbutyouwon’tgive upyoujusthave getclose to her,youhave to go
out withherand cater to whatyoufeel inyourheart.So youthinkthistime before youmake a move
and thistime she smilesbutstill she doesn’tseemthatinterested.Well,shoot,that’stwice yougotshot
downor she didn’tseemtofeel the same way.Sowhat the heckdo youdo now?You still have these
crazy feelingsmakingwavesinyourbellyanddoing anumberon yourheart youcan’t give herup.
Well,Isuggestwaitingthingsoutfora while,observethe package andthatwouldbe Beth.I don’tmean
to say that people are packageswe are more valuable thanthat,Iam justusinga metaphortohelpyou
understandhowwe are viewedandtogetthe message acrossabouthow importantitis to notjudge a
bookby itscover.So, Johnshouldwaitfora little whileandcontinue tobe kindtoBeth,give hersome

to come to me?Doesthis feel rightoram I makinga mistake?Whatif she rejectsme butI still feel like
we belongtogether? Maybe Ishould aska friendorfamilymembertosetsomethingupandthatway
we will bothfeel safe andthenIcan see whathappens.Thenwaitforit.Your intuitionwillmostlikely
start talkingtoyou aboutwhat to doand what move youshouldmake next.
One way toknowif somethingisthe rightthingtodo if youhappento notbe tooin tune withyourspirit
or intuitionisif youdon’thave peace withyourdecisiondon’tdoit.Period.Youwill know if adecision
youhave made givesyoupeace or not. If youare frustratedor irritatedordisturbedbysomethingyou
have done thenitprobablywasn’tthe rightthingto do. If you are too desperate oranxiousthatyou
endup beingimpulsivethenyouare notat peace. That, againis yourintuitiontellingyoutoputthe
breakson.That meansSTOP! Don’tdo it,don’tgo there,don’ttalk,don’tmove,don’tyoudare letthat
happen.Onthe otherhand,if youfeel serene aboutwhatyouare doingorabout to do,if your heart
saysgo for it,if youare smilingaboutit,if you feel safe doingit,if youknow youare nothurtinganyone
or the personyoudesire, if youare calm, cool and collectedandfeel safe, if youtrustthatwhat youfeel

4. ismovingyouin that directionandyourat peace withitthendo it.That meansGO! So, we have an
internal redlightandan internal greenlightandwe needtobe able tosee bothof those lights.SoI
encourage youto teachyourself howtomeditate andpray,teachyourself how tocontrol youremotions
and thinkbefore youactor speak,teachyourself how tobe still before youmake animportantdecision
so yourspiritcan speakto you.It neverlies,itisnotthere totrick you,it doesn’thave anyintentionsof
harmingyou. Practice cleaningoutyourthirdeye chakra so youcan hear and receive the messages
comingfromthe spiritual realm.
So if youhave peace,if that still small voice tellsyoutogotalk to Bethor Johnor make a move in
her/hisdirectionthengoforit.One caveat,that doesn’tmeanthatyoutwowill be togetherforever
because sometimeslife hasaway of throwingyoucurve ballswhenyouwantedjusta straightshooter.

knowhowto get involvedwithpeople.Experience isthe bestteacher.Idon’tmeansex bythe way
because againI don’tagree withpremarital sex.Ithink youcanlearnwiththe one you are meantto be
withina marriage withthatpersonand thatis perfect.Ijustmeanthat we learnhow to communicate,
howto behave,howtotreat others,whatwe like,whatwe don’tlike,whatfeelsrightandwhatfeels
wrongby the relationshipswe have alreadyhadinthe past.So allow yourintuitiontoguide andlead
youto the rightpersonevenif thatpersonseemswayoutof your league ornot like everyone else.That
doesn’tmeantheyare notmeantto be withyou,itcouldmeantheyare the otherside of you and the
package lookswayoff or too perfectbutit’sjustright andit fits.If youletthat go and ignore your
intuitionthenyouwillneverknowjusthow goodof a fitthat otherpersonis foryou.If yourheart i s
screamingat youand youknowyou feel love forsomeone butyouaren’tdoinganythingaboutthat
thenyouare ignoringyourintuition.Thatcouldcostyoua lot inthe longrun and that meansa lotof
heartache,unexpressedemotions,frustrationreleased atthe wrongtime withthe wrongperson,and
angerturnedinwardwhichleadstodepression.Thatisnotpeaceful,thatdoesnotserve younoryour
heart.So, practice connectingtoyourspiritas much as possible andyouwill be able tohearthe calling
of yourheart.You will be able todecode the messageswhisperedfromthe universe.Youwillbe able to
cater to the love youfeel foranotherpersonwhetheryouare involvedwiththemnow orwantto be
later.Letyour spiritspeak.Listentoyourintuition…..soyoucangetwhat youtrulywant.
