(Sept 2014 – July 2016) Be responsible for Finance & Administration for the organization and timely
and accurate processing of F&A transactions and all related tasks as Customer Response Center
(CRC) and Regular Payments to Vendors to achieve the agreed business goals.

• Responsible for the Service Level Agreements with the client SLAs.
- Collect all the raw data from different departments to generate the SLAs.
