Reconcile sales/revenue daily reports for multiple departments at the University; assist with AR/AP, and work
on special projects including budget forecasting for current operations. Prepare daily cash deposits and
deliver them to the University Bursar’s Office. Complete and update records for cash and credit card
payments, and log internal/external catering sales. Manage the C-Board internal SAP reports for price
changes. Record all AP invoices for processing reporting to reconcile against invoices.
