PROFILE
Premier Building Group (PBG) was established in 2003 in Tucson,
Arizona. PBG is a group of companies consisting of over 120
management and support staff employees, 1400 field craft
labor employees and 200+ pieces of company-owned equipment
used for general construction services. Our goal is to bring your
project from concept to completion with quality construction and
integrated solutions. Our diversity of construction combined with
our years of experience, ensures the highest quality of
construction with flexible designs. It also provides our customers
with cost-effective solutions to meet any project’s budget.
Our TEAM of experienced professionals is a significant
component of our success. We bring integrity, sound judgment,
focus and attention to detail to every project. These qualities
have established PBG as a highly-respected and integral part of
our customer’s projects.
Our goal is to be the contractor of choice for our customers. We
will accomplish this by partnering with our customers at every
level to ensure projects are completed safely, on time and on

All procedures and policies of PBG’s program are considered
supplemental to health, safety and environmental regulations.
For these reasons PBG will utilize all policies, techniques,
rules, best practices and applicable local, state and federal
regulations, that are proven effective and acceptable in the
proactive efforts to control and prevent occupational incidents,
accidents, injuries, equipment damage, fire hazards and
environmental contamination. Therefore, any requirements of
local, state or federal agencies for issues not specifically
addressed shall be considered to be applicable and shall be
enforced at all times.
Project managers, superintendents and supervisors shall be
accountable and responsible for the implementation of the
Safety and Health Programs at their individual project locations.
Corporate Directors, Senior Management, and Owners will ensure
that the tools and support are given to effectively implement and
manage the Safety Programs.
Each employee must accept their obligation and responsibility to
prevent injuries to themselves and their fellow employees by
following all Safety and Health program requirements.
Safety is the “Value” of our organization and there is no job
so urgent that our production means and methods cannot
do it safely.

PBG has achieved an excellent reputation for delivery of
quality services in many facets of heavy industrial and
commercial construction because of the high skill set of our
experienced partners, employees, and consultants. We have
worked with petro-chemical, power generation, mining,
waste-water, and federal government/military base construction
industries. Our team has expertise in the construction,
commissioning, start-up and turn-around of numerous plants
in diverse temperature and elevation environments.

RENEWABLE ENERGY
Premier Building Group has constructed utility scale solar fields
ranging from 300Kw to 152 Mw in Arizona and California. Our
team has developed, constructed and assembled these projects
from the civil development phase to the structural and
mechanical assemblies and the electrical systems start-up
and commissioning. Our clients include private development,
municipal government, utility providers, and energy
investment groups.
Strong construction capabilities are fundamental to the success
of any contractor. Premier Building Group prides itself as a leader
in the industry and in its ability to offer experience and expertise
to our clients.
To date, Premier Building Group has installed over 6.9 million
solar panels and 230 miles of underground electrical cable
across 3900 acres of land with a total power output of 439
Mega Watts AC.

5. HIGH VOLTAGE ELECTRICAL
In relation to commissioning new high voltage equipment and
maintaining the old, we strive to ensure our customers receive
complete reports outlining the strengths and weaknesses of
their power systems. We are experienced on a wide range of
equipment and all testing is performed in accordance with IEEE,
ANSI and NETA testing standards. Standard services include
testing and investigative work on electrical power systems
