concept while employed at Citigroup. After Citigroup selected
Windstream/Paetec for their combination of Enterprise Application
Software (EAS) and Software as a service (SaaS) TEM software
provider, recruited by the company as a consultant dedicated to
Citigroup in support of the transition to Windstream’s TEM application,
Pinnacle.
 Windstream sold their Telecom Expense Management Software
division Pinnacle Software to an investment firm which then merged
Pinnacle with two other telecom software companies Movero and
Veramark creating one legal entity calling it Calero Software.
Achievements & Accomplishments:
 Implemented new software that produced cost savings, reduced
invoicing errors, and accurately allocated operating expenses.
 Developed an ordering module that reduced inventory inaccuracies,
maximized data relationships, and order efficiency.

Project Implementation:
 Instrumental Project Leader for the TEM execution of Citigroup‘s
global locations and corresponding telecom vendors. Utilizing
SDLC Agile and Waterfall as well as Lean Six Sigma approaches
to implement the Statement Of Work (SOW).
 Quickly became a Subject Matter Expert (SME); lead in the
facilitation of global functional software product requirements.
Decided on and tested crucial custom software configurations
and enhancements that were implemented throughout the entire
Pinnacle base system. Identified Citigroup’s in-country business
specifications and incorporated them into the global criterion or
found working solutions to meet the need.
 Trained Citigroup employees on the software throughout the
implementation progression and the gathering of countries
essential procedures, inventories, account structures, and vendor
invoice facts and imbursement information.
 Authenticated, mapped, and populated Citigroup’s global telecom
data to new tables including; vendors, accounts, circuit inventory,
buildings, invoices, and financial allocations.
 Created tracking and reporting mechanisms for Key Performance
Indicators (KPI) and Service Level Agreements (SLA).
 Troubleshooted vendor invoice data formatted in EDI, TXT, CSV,
XLS, and PAPER to be used to build software translators/readers
for monthly invoice processing, which required initiating
communication and negotiation between the vendor and customer
to agree on account structures and invoice interpretation.
 In depth understanding of invoice categorizations; usage, taxes,
reoccurring and non-reoccurring costs, USOCs, service and
account level charges, other charges & credits, and discounts.
Production Support:
 Transitioned and continued to support 9 countries and more than
150 vendors to a production steady state over the period of one
year this is consisting of invoice processing, telecom ordering,
inventory maintenance, contract rate and invoice and invoice to
inventory reconciliation, disputes, and reporting.
 Answered, delegated, and mitigated trouble tickets for Citigroup
specific issues regarding Procure To Pay (P2P), financial
approvers, software bugs, complex hierarchical inventory
relationships, and invoice disparities. Oversaw the Change
Management process.
 Acted as liaison between Oracle developers and customer for the
prioritization and customization of Citigroup Provisioning and
Ordering tool including development requirements, custom
Graphical User Interface (GUI) forms, User Accpetance Testing
(UAT), and releasing into the production environment.
 Directed the automation of global reporting by combining
invoice/inventory data, invoicing/inventory trending, disputes,
inventory, accruals, invoice tracking, and early pay discounts.
 Improved the base applications dynamic redistribution of
unallocated costs and the shortpay and payback of vendor
disputes. Instructed on the modification of tables for the
calculating and tracking of Citigroup and vendor contractual
arrangements to attain early pay discounts.

After Citigroup selected Windstream/Paetec for their combination of Enterprise Application Software (EAS) and Software as a service (SaaS) TEM software provider, recruited by the company as a consultant dedicated to Citigroup in support of the transition to Windstream’s TEM application, Pinnacle.  Windstream sold their Telecom Expense Management Software division Pinnacle Software to an investment firm which then merged Pinnacle with two other telecom software companies Movero and Veramark creating one legal entity calling it Calero Software. Achievements & Accomplishments:  Implemented new software that produced cost savings, reduced invoicing errors, and accurately allocated operating expenses.  Developed an ordering module that reduced inventory inaccuracies, maximized data relationships, and order efficiency.

Utilizing SDLC Agile and Waterfall as well as Lean Six Sigma approaches to implement the Statement Of Work (SOW).  Quickly became a Subject Matter Expert (SME); lead in the facilitation of global functional software product requirements. Decided on and tested crucial custom software configurations and enhancements that were implemented throughout the entire Pinnacle base system.
