Professional Experience
Coca-Cola (2006–Present): Field IT Market Unit Manager
Managed an annual OPEX budget ranging from $1.8mm to $2.2mm, supporting nearly 1000 internal
customers in 25 diverse facilities.
Managed the implementation of SAP WMS in our San Leandro production facility. This required a completely
new wireless infrastructure, IDF’s, controllers, servers, and the installation of 52 vehicle mounted units. With
a constantly moving target date, we determined success for us meant to be prepared at the earliest date
possible. The infrastructure was ready to go two weeks before the implementation date which al lowed
warehouse and production workers training to commence earlier than planned and shortened the overall
length of the project.
Lead the IT team integrating Sacramento Coca-Cola into The Coca Cola Company (TCCC™) adding 2
distribution centers, a production facility, and over 300 additional customers. With an initial budget of
$876,726, through business intelligence and process improvements, the final IT spend was only $661,038 for a
savings of $215,688.
Collaborating with facility managers, contractors, and maintenance personnel, managed numerous site
remodels. Through extensive knowledge of infrastructure requirementand, leveraging vendor relationships,
applied a variety of solutions to achieve desired results and leverage IT resources more effectively
Lead the West in developing wireless solutions for a myriad of applications. Partnering with equipment
vendors, developed standard configurations, enhancing flexibility and effectiveness, leading to significant
savings of setup time and capital spend.
As a charter member of company Operational Excellence (OE) team wrote detailed process plans for tracking
and life cycle management of assets. Enabled nearly 200 technical analysts with process flow, creating more
reliable tracking of assets, a Sarbanes Oxley requirement
Managed Los Angeles Data Center for two years from 2008-2011. This was a Tier II facility which housed
AS/400, imaging servers, application, and file and print servers
Coca-Cola (1999-2006): Lead Technical Analyst
Lead the Northern California mobile device deployment, a multi-million dollar project collaborated with a
large number of groups, internal and external. Analyzed delivery routes, developed training and deployment
schedule. Coca-Cola realized immediate increase in delivery efficiencies, decreased overtime and enhanced
work experience of our logistics and distribution force
Coordinated all PBX and IP telephony installations, working with local user’s, corporate Telco entities, LEC’ s,
CLEC’s, equipment vendors, cable vendors, and business partners to ensure efficient installations with
virtually no disruptions to the business
Coca-Cola (2004-2005): Supply Chain Initiative Area Manager
Reviewed application and process team’s requirements for the implementation of SAP WM in the Atlanta
Division, leading the team responsible for determined all hardware requirements
Conducted product evaluation to determine compatibility, survivability, and supportability in the various
critical environments, including production and customer facing sales
Worked with Architectural Assessment teams to determine viability of introducing each new piece of
equipment in to the Coca-Cola network
Determined component review standards for differentiating capabilities never before utilized by the
company, including fixed scanners, and VMU’s to take full advantage of SAP WM.
Through process integration and leveraging unparalleled vendor cooperation, realized a 30% savings on the
$2.2M project
