Enabling 13 facilities for wireless communication, analyzing hundreds of delivery routes, and developing a meticulous training and deployment schedule. The precise execution of this hugely successful endeavor has helped Coca-Cola to realize an almost immediate increase in delivery efficiencies, decreasing overtime and greatly enhancing the work experience of our logistics and distribution force  Coordinated all PBX and IP telephony installations, working with local user’s, corporate Telco entities, LEC’s, CLEC’s, equipment vendors, cable vendors, and business partners to ensure efficient, effective installations with virtually no disruption to the business  Coordinated Northern California’s router and switch upgrade project, achieved huge savings to IT by eliminating the need for contract personnel  Determined the need for a more efficient method of interchanging data with business partner Information Resources Inc.
