E-motion Energy in motion.
It means energy moving in and on the body. Said in another way, feelings
are physical sensations in and on the body.
• Emotions don't stick - they are in motion
• Emotions are neither good or bad, they just are

As all colors come primarily from RED, YELLOW & BLUE. All emotions arise
from the primary emotions.

6. EMOTIONAL MATURITY
05
After understanding the core emotions / feelings, we go next in locating
them in the body
Let the body lead you to awareness.
EMOTIONS: BODY EXPRESSIONS
Anger Stiff back, shoulders, neck & jaw
Fear Sensation to the belly
Sadness Sensation in the heart area
Joy In the core of the body or up the spine
Sexual Feelings Tingling sensations in the erogenous zones
LOCATING YOUR EMOTIONS
7. Recycle emotion Repress emotion
RELEASING EMOTIONS
If we do that, we harden emotion into a mood, anger becomes bitterness, fear becomes
anxiety, sadness becomes apathy.
Feeling a feeling all the way through means letting an emotion have its full life cycle by
locating, breathing, moving and vocalizing & resting in calmness afterwards.

be known
• Your 100% attention is required
• It's wake-up!
It's not toxic fear made up of
mental, future scenarios.
They don't adequately sense danger, living in denial
of reality
