• Maintain the MISys Manufacturing software.
• Expeditiously fix any bugs found in the software.
• Integrate with designated accounting software (v -1).
• Defend MISys trademarks and intellectual property.
• Provide Standard Technical Support to end users.
• Offer Priority Technical Support to end users.
• Provide Partners with marketing material and support.
• Build the brand name of MISys Manufacturing.
• Recognize the Partner as the “dealer of record”.
• Provide Partner with pre-sales support (PSG)

9. MISys Referral Partner
Accountants, bookkeepers, and consultants who provide
professional services to a portfolio of clients.
• Refer manufacturing clients to MISys using online form.
• Include link to MISys Inc. on web-site.
MISys Will:
Pay 10% commission on sale and 1st Year ALMF.

10. MISys Authorized Reseller
Experts in a particular software category,general software
consultants or IT professionals, focused on selling
software.
• Actively promote MISys Manufacturing.
• Build a working knowledge of MISys Manufacturing.
• Build best of breed solutions for clients.
• Register 5+ leads per year.
• Purchase software on behalf of clients.
• Refer implementation work to others.
• Pay $500 to join, $250 to renew.

11. MISys Authorized Reseller (cont’d)
MISys Will Provide:
• NFR Copy of MISys Manufacturing Software.
• On-Line Training.
• Priority Technical Support
• 35% discount on MSRP, reduced to 25% with PSG.
• 20% discount on 1st year ALMF.
• Record Authorized Reseller as the Dealer of Record.

12. MISys Value Added Reseller (VAR)
Focused on providing total software solutions and system
implementations for manufacturing companies
Same as Authorized Reseller, but also will:
• Manage at least 3 implementations per year.
• Participate in annual implementation training.
• Provide one letter of recommendation per year.
MISys will refer implementation projects to VAR where
appropriate.

13. MISys Implementation Partner/System Integrator
Steeped in MISys and manufacturing, help companies
implement the software in their company environment.
• Build expertise in MISys Manufacturing software.
• Manage 5+ implementations per year.
• Provide at least two letters of recommendation/year.
• Participate in the annual MISys Manufacturing
Conference.
MISys Will:
Refer 3 projects per year.
Pay 10% on the sale of any software and ALMF.
