This document provides an overview of using the social networking platform JIVE to create an ERM ENGAGE site at UMUC. It discusses how the traditional ERM model is a "patchwork" and non-traditional. It then explains how the ERM team used LibGuides to build out the initial ERM ENGAGE site on JIVE to improve organization, communication, and collaboration. The presentation evaluates the structure and use of the site so far and discusses future plans to further connect people and content.
