bankruptcy
• CEO - $60mm Packaging Company - developed comprehensive restructuring plan and sold
company in 18 months.
• GM - $240mm division of a public company. Established successful, efficient worldwide
sourcing, marketing and sales.
• VP Manufacturing - public company - responsible for manufacturing in Europe - Spain,
Finland, and France - large division producing underwear, hosiery, active wear. Manufacturing
was totally vertical from raw material - yarn to finished goods.
• VP Operations - $1 billion division of public company - responsible for all manufacturing
planning and support of very complex rapidly growing product mix.
• BSME - Georgia Tech, MBA - Wake Forest.
• Board of Directors: Breed Technologies, Inc. - $1.5 billion, Unique Fabricating, Inc. - $100
million and Guilford Mills, Inc. - $440 million.
• Recipient of Turnaround Management Association’s 2000 Turnaround of the Year, Large
Company Award for the successful turnaround of Southland Technologies, Inc.
