supporting the US Army Financial Management School and US Army Soldier Support
Institute at Fort Jackson, SC, and the US Army Financial Management Command at Fort
Benjamin Harrison, IN. Responsible for hiring, training, and providing leadership &
guidance to a team of highly technical subject matter experts, resulting in the development
and execution of up-to-date, real world, hands-on training for Army Financial Managers
using the systems and processes they will use while deployed and at home station.

EVERY category on the annual CPAR (Contractor Performance Assessment Report) for two

Project Manager, Booz Allen Hamilton, Fort Bragg, NC, June 2012-February 2014.
Responsible for 39 consultants, dispersed individually across the United States, providing
financial analysis, financial information system training and audit readiness support to the
US Army Reserve. Responsible for recruiting, hiring, training and providing leadership and
guidance to consultants, leading to improved cost management and financial accountability
by the client. Recognized with a performance bonus and award for outstanding leadership
and client service while evaluating client processes and compliance with auditory

Program Manager, Wabtec Passenger Transit, Spartanburg, SC, March-June 2012.
Managed six contracts (four in the US and two in Taiwan), creating and executing project
schedules for manufacturing and shipment of materials. Anticipated customer needs,
coordinated with internal business units, managed costs and ensured project profitability.
Chief, Business Operations, Directorate of Resource Management, US Army Central,
Fort McPherson, GA, June 2010 – May 2012. Audit and inspection program resulted in
clean audit opinion with no material weaknesses. Supervised a team of 5 officers and
civilians. Responsible for Internal Controls and Audits, which includes the Command
Inspection Program, as well as coordination with the Government Accountability Office
(GAO), Department of Defense Inspector General (DoDIG), and the Department of the
Army Inspector General (DAIG) for all external audits. Also responsible for records
management, contract management, and coordination of all Lean Six Sigma
projects/training for the organization. Worked with Resource Management Tool (RMT),
Operational Data Store (ODS), and Defense Travel System (DTS). Deployed to Kuwait on
numerous occasions for training exercises.
3. Chief, Host Nation Integration and Exercises, Directorate of Resource Management,
US Army Central, Fort McPherson, GA, January – June 2010. Executed $250M budget,
funding exercises throughout the Middle East, while supervising a 4 person team.
Responsible for developing program guidance and coordinating/planning budget execution
for a budget exceeding $250M. Specific areas of responsibility included the Defense
Cooperation Agreement (DCA) with the Government of Kuwait, Joint Chiefs of Staff
Exercises, Theater Security Cooperation events, and Multi-National Forces & Observers
(MFO). Acted as the primary US Army Central budget representative in quarterly briefings
to the Kuwaiti Ministry of Defense. Conducted liaison activities with intra-service, joint,
and other federal agencies, coordinating Interservice Support Agreements and
Memorandums of Agreement. Responsible for the day-to-day operations of a civilian and
military staff providing direct support and budget oversight. Worked with Resource
Management Tool (RMT), Operational Data Store (ODS), and Defense Travel System
(DTS).
Executive Officer for the Director of Resource Management, US Army Central,
Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, August 2009 – January 2010. Personal assistant to General
Officer responsible for all funding and monetary policy for Army Forces in the CENTCOM
Area of Operations. Provided staff advice, staff assistance, and consultation to the Director
of Resource Management on administrative processes while supervising administrative
support personnel. Prepares daily schedule, coordinates briefings and prepares reports and
briefing products. Expert with all Microsoft Office suite of products (SharePoint, Word,
PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
Financial Management (Comptroller) Instructor, Training Developer, and Deputy
GFEBS (General Fund Enterprise Business System) Program Manager, US Army
Financial Management School, Fort Jackson, SC, June 2006 – July 2009. Primary
Certified Instructor for several courses administered to ALL mid-career Army Financial
Management officers, including PPBES, RMBC, DORMC, and ILE. Selected Instructor of
the Quarter and Runner-up for Instructor of the Year. Updated courseware for all these
courses, as well as developing the curriculum for DORMC and ILE. Provided instruction on
Resource Management Online (RM Online), Operational Data Store (ODS), and Defense
Travel System (DTS). Served as Deputy Program Director, responsible for developing
sustainment training for 79,000 system users for the General Fund Enterprise Business
System (GFEBS), the Army's new SAP based financial system.
Assistant Chief of Staff, Comptroller (CFO), US Army John F. Kennedy Special
Warfare Center and School, Fort Bragg, NC, June 2004 – June 2006. Responsible for
the budget execution of over $110 million annually as Chief Financial Officer/Comptroller
for the US Army John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School. Developed and
executed $110M budget supporting 47% annual growth of Special Forces trainees after
9/11. Led team of 18 budget analysts and budget technicians. Worked with Resource

Operations Command, Fort Bragg, NC, August 2002 – June 2004. Responsible for
distribution and monitoring of the execution of $278 million annually in operational funding
for Army Special Operations Aviation. Monitored costs via the Special Operations Five Part
Flying Hour Program, tracking costs by airframe and cost category (ammunition, repair
parts, fuel, contract maintenance, contract repair parts). Also, financial reporting,
reconciliation, and overseeing all financial system transactions. Worked with Resource

Operational Data Store (ODS), Army Standard Information Management System (ASIMS),
Standard Operation and Maintenance Army Research and Development System

Company Commander, 512th Quartermaster Company (Water Supply), Hunter Army
Airfield, GA, December 1999 – May 2001. Commander of the Army's only active duty
water supply company, and its 132 Soldiers, supporting the 3rd Infantry Division
(Mechanized), earning numerous awards and being recognized for taking the worst company
of 18 in the Brigade, and making it one of the top 3 by the end of my command tenure.
Responsible for the command and control, direction, planning, and execution of the
company's water supply mission and the overall operation of the storage and distribution of
800,000 gallons of potable water to a theater of operations during war and operations other
than war. Major responsibilities included training, maintenance, discipline, quality of life,
and esprit de corps of the 132 soldiers within the company, consisting of 10 military
occupational specialties; accountability for organizational and installation property with a
total value of over $6 million; developing and executing collective training to support the
Company and Battalion Mission Essential Task Lists. Experience with several Standard
Army Management Information Systems, including: Standard Army Retail Supply System-
2A (SARSS-2A), SARSS-2B, Standard Property Book-Redesign (SPBS-R), Standard Army
Maintenance System (SAMS), and Unit Level Logistics System (ULLS-S4).
