In Odoo 15 now you can automatically assign leads to the salesperson based on the rules. By checking the Rule-Based Assignment checkbox you can periodically assign leads based on the rules.

2. INTRODUCTION
❖ In Odoo 15 now you can automatically assign leads to the salesperson based on the rules.
❖ By checking the Rule-Based Assignment checkbox you can periodically assign leads based on
the rules.
❖ This setting will be employed by all sales teams as the default setting unless specified otherwise.
The Running can be configured to Manually or Repeatedly.

3. ❖ Goto CRM > Configuration > Settings.
❖ Activate Rule-Based Assignment

4. ❖ Goto Configuration > Sales Teams > Open Sales Team.
❖ Each sales team add a condition ie; assign lead or opportunity based on rules.

5. ❖ Find 31 matching records,

6. ❖ Goto Configuration > Settings,
❖ Activate Leads

7. ❖ Goto Leads > Create,

8. ❖ Save > Convert to Opportunity

9. ❖ Click on Create Opportunity
❖ Goto Sales > My Pipeline and Remove filter

10. ❖ Goto Configuration > Settings,
❖ Click on Update now

11. ❖ Goto Sales > My Pipeline and Remove filter
❖ Open our opportunity
❖ See Automatically this opportunity assigned to sales team and salesperson.

12. ❖ So this assignment is done based on the rule set inside sales team.
❖ Goto Configuration > Sales Teams

13. ❖ Goto Configuration > Settings
❖ Running in Repeatedly,

14. ❖ Every time assign a new lead to sales team. Then count will be updated here,
❖ Don’t assign opportunities to sales team automatically based on rules > Enable Skip auto assignment
