Skill Management Module: Odoo 13’s brand new Skill Management Module is an extended version of the Employee Module in Odoo.

1. Employee Skills Management in Odoo 13

2. INTRODUCTION
● Employee Skill Management is a new feature added in odoo 13.
● With this module we can easily manage employees skills.
● We can also manage the employees resumes.

3. ● Install the Skills Management module from apps.
● From the Employee module we can manage the skills of employee.

4. ● We can see the Skills and Resume of a employee by selecting the an employee.

5. ● We can add the skills and resume by creating/ editing the employee.

6. ● We can add new skills by clicking the Create a new Entry button in the
skill section.
● Save the skill by clicking Save & Close button.

7. ● We can add new Resume by clicking the Create a new Entry button in the
Resume section.
● Save the skill by clicking Save & Close button.

8. ● Creating Skill type.
Go to Employee ->configuration -> Skills

9. ● We can see the already available skills.

10. ● We can create new Skill type by clicking Create Button.

11. ● Click save button to save the changes.

12. ● We can see the newly created skill type while creating new skill.

13. ● Creating Resume type.
Go to Employee ->configuration -> Types

14. ● We can see the already available resume types.

15. ● We can create new Type by clicking Create Button.

16. ● Click save button to save the changes.

17. ● We can see the newly created resume type while creating new resume.
