This problem can be easily sorted out by self improvement or self help.

  13. 13. Knowledge Make sure to keep on learning and taking knowledge in life. To enhance knowledge you must read books, attend seminars and workshops.
  14. 14. More Tips • Getting up early will make you full of energy. • After getting up you should spend at least half an hour in the morning walk, yoga or some kind of exercise. Get up early in the morning • it will provide you energy for the whole day and help you to perform the tasks quiet well. • Skipping the breakfast will make you to intake more of the food in the later day and make you gain some weight. Take your breakfast on time • Make eye contacts with the people. • These will certainly help you to improve your self. Always keep smile on your face
