“I am Caroline Romagnoli, founder of Brazilin Relocation. I
majored in Physical Therapy, I have taught English and
Italian for many years and I worked on board cruise ships
as spa director abroad.
The human factor has always been nurtured in my life,
through my training as a Physical Therapist, and also
through having personally lived in other countries and
dealing, alone and without expert help, with the difficulties
of adaptation, with feelings of fear, loneliness,
abandonment and frustration of facing a new life and a
different culture; and I realized that accepting these feelings
and dealing with what could most likely come to solve them
can be an important key to the success of a new life.
That is indeed the envision I had when I founded Brazilin,
to work with care."

"I am Ricardo Barbosa, partner at Brazilin Relocation. I
graduated in Biology and come from a career spanning
nearly two decades as Hospital Administrator, where I
learned to look employees and customers through a
human perspective.
I lived in several states of Brazil and had many difficulties
in adapting and accepting local cultures. Dealing with
all by myself, these experiences have allowed me to
realize the importance of integrating myself, in some
way, into the local culture and of expert assistance.
However, in my international travels, with proper help, I
could adapt and live the experiences in a lighter and
more pleasant way."
