Carole’s combined talents and experience make her a powerful communicator, client liaison, group
facilitator/moderator, conceptual thinker, content designer, and team leader. Having spent 18+ years in a
number of different creative and educational fields, she brings an added design mentality and the benefits
of cross-industry experience to any endeavor. She has an extensive professional background in varying roles

Areas of Expertise
Communications: An engaging writer and clear speaker, with excellent interpersonal skills and a
visual design background, Carole connects with a wide range of audiences on many levels. She has
developed content and written copy for regional and national museums and exhibits, including exhibit
panel copy, media scripts, project phase deliverables, and fundraising packages. She has also led
ground-up interaction design for complex software systems, working with both client and internal
development teams to coordinate masses of requirements and moving parts into one elegant solution.
Content Design and Development: A born conceptual organizer, Carole has led content design and
development for publications, software suites, museums/exhibits, and all varieties of marketing
materials. She is experienced and skilled at shaping volumes of raw information into cohesive, polished
end-products for multiple levels of audiences and users.
Client Liaise / Group Facilitation and Moderation: Carole works effectively with clients and project
teams, listening carefully to project requirements and stakeholder visions in order to deliver a successful
end-product. Highly adaptable to new situations and teams, she has a comfort level in working
harmoniously with high-profile projects and stakeholders, as well as smaller, more personal endeavors.
A skilled facilitator and occasional moderator of teams and groups----- including focus groups, client
meetings, team meetings, project workshops, and working sessions-----she is adept at finding common
ground. She ensures all voices are heard and represented, working to bring different viewpoints together
toward shared goals and solutions.
Additional Skill Sets:
Blog Writing, Web Copy, Illustration, Cartooning, and Humor Writing: A classically-trained
animator and cartoonist, she also publishes comic art and humor writing, in addition to marketing
