1. ‘Promise’ Consent form
I give permission for the interior and the exterior of my house to be filmed for
the purpose of Emily Capon and Rukayyah Robun’s A Level media short film
‘Promise’. I am aware that any damages during filming will be covered by the
producers of the short film. I am also aware that filming will take place during
10 am and 4pm with times subject to change.
