o Ensure that the minute's template is used to take minutes at the meeting.
o Ensure that the project plan is open to update % complete during the meeting.

After the weekly progress meeting:
o Finalise the minutes of the meeting and send to project manager for final approval.
o Update the project plan with % complete
o Save the project plan to html version.
o Distribute the link to the project minutes and project plan to the team within 24 hours once
approval given from the project manager.
o Update the project file

General duties during the project
During the course of the project, the project manager may require you to do the following:
o Communicate to team members
o Create project specific documentation needed
o Set up ad hoc meetings
o Follow up on outstanding tasks and report back to the project manager

Close-out the project
o Once all tasks have been completed, schedule a close-out review with all the team members.
The project manager will request this once the project has been completed.
o Use the close-out review template to capture discussions and lessons learned in the meeting.
o Finalise the document and send to project manager for finalization and in order to write a full
project report.
o The project manager will distribute the documentation once finalised.
