This document provides information about various incentive programs for fleet modernization and purchasing clean vehicles. It outlines eligibility requirements, such as fleets needing to comply with applicable air quality regulations. It also states that funding does not reimburse for already completed or required upgrades. Documentation of vehicle usage is mandatory. Several sources of incentive funding are described for on-road and off-road vehicles, including the Carl Moyer Program, VW Mitigation Fund, and HVIP. Eligible project types are also summarized, such as vehicle weight classes and replacement of diesel vehicles with zero-emission upgrades.
