solutions to evaluate the quality of the products, to secure
supplies and to be pro-active with regard to ethical practices. >
INSPECTIONS
Inspections delivered by CTC check the complete conformity of
products at all production stages.
PRE-SHIPMENT INSPECTIONS
Undertaken in accordance with the ANSI/ASQ Z 1.4-2003 standard
MIL (STD 105 D), these inspections assure the quality of the products
as they leave the factory, including the packaging, the type and
labeling of the boxes.
IN-LINE INSPECTIONS
Conducted at approximately 20% of production to verify production
according to client specifications, they allow the factory to make
improvements before production is completed.
LOADING INSPECTIONS
These inspections check that each container is correctly loaded prior
to its transfer to the cargo ship and they provide the necessary
information concerning the shipping.
AUDITS
CTC international team of experts reassures the clients about the
sourcing and provides an objective evaluation of suppliers.
FACTORY AUDITS
They evaluate the supplier performance by auditing the
organisation and quality infrastructure, the manufacturing process,
the industrial tooling as well as the compliance and safety of the
products.
SOCIAL AUDITS
Social audits allow factories to be vetted for their compliance with
the labour regulations and “codes of good practice” in the principal
sourcing areas.
