1. • The Enterprise Board Agenda (E-BA) is used to schedule Change
Request / Change Configuration / Change Implementation Board
meetings.
• E-BA is designed to use a workflow permissions and follow a workflow
route.
• Attendees are invited to attend by linking them to the E-BA.
• Items to be reviewed are linked as Agenda Items.
Scenario: Create Enterprise Board Agenda

You must have create permissions on at least one enterprise board agenda route to create an E-BA.

Fill in any additional fields and be sure to save changes.

Choose groups of attendees from any of the links at the top of the screen or add individual attendees using the List
link. When adding individuals, click Save to store the record.
