Name dropping is used to emphasize
RESPOND TO
UNANSWERABLE QUESTIONS
• There are a number of standard replies
you can use in response to difficult
questions.
• If you do not know an answer, try to offer a
satisfactory reply to show you have not
ignored the question.
• if a questioner persists, throw the question
open to the audience.
