Strengths: Ability to pick up new concepts and ideas quickly and formulating strategies and action plans. Strong communication skills including public speaking and written communication. Weaknesses: The technical skills in the practical development of web based solutions.

12. What we’ll do next: The possibilities include: Expanding internationally: Applying the concept to other graduate recruitment markets such as the US, UK and Asia. This would naturally require customising the app to meet the market conditions for each new geographical location.
