5. Contracts Management Application (CMA)
The CMA is an application that is designed for easy and powerful contracts management, mostly by
large enterprise companies with a wide network of various business units and departments in
different countries, including review, signature and approval.
The application facilitates easy access and various workflow setups using a roles-based approach. In
other words, its functionality implements all the steps involved in the contracts approval workflow,
including the electronic signing of documents. The front end is implemented as a standard ASP.Net
MVC 5 application.

7. Rebuilding the Cloud Storage of Nytec Inc.
Central Point cloud storage was deployed in Nytec Inc. in 2003. The main purpose of this storage
was to organize employees' collaboration, allowing them to work together on the same projects at
the same time.
In 2015, Businessware Technologies rebuilt the cloud storage using the latest version of the .NET
Framework in order to upgrade several components (such as client-server interaction) and improve
storage usability. As a part of the migration, we replaced the legacy client-server communication
subsystem based on .NET Remoting with WCF.
