Successful events are delivered by means of Good Planning and Immaculate Operations.
Planning an event is an art of itself. It requires experience, vision and public relations.
Understanding our clients’ needs is the most difficult part of planning events. In most cases,
the difficulty stems from having to propose, the various elements of the event; based on the
mere thoughts of our clients. Basically we listen to our clients’ thoughts and build on it a
whole series of activities. The challenge is to translate our clients’ needs into what they
expect…yet we have to meet their budgetary and time limitations.
Operations of an event is a science. It requires a well-managed team devoted for success
of the event. At Nexa Travel, we manage our operations of events by using “operational tech-
niques”; which breaks down the event into small tasks. Accordingly and for each task we
assign staff, budget and a time frame for completion of this task. Our skill is to ensure all the
tasks, which make up an event, are completed in timely manner and within budget.
