PROGRAMMER, IT MANAGER | RA INDUSTRIES, INC – NEPTUNE CHEMICAL PUMP, CO AND
WESCO INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTS CO | MARCH 1987 – APRIL 2008
· I managed both companies’ ITenvironments, hardware and software, by myself until early 1990’s
when I hired additional ITstaff. Neptune and Wescoshare a business campus with 3 separate
manufacturing buildings, but have additional facilities locally in North Wales, PA and outside of PA
· Implemented MRP systems and movedthem from manual Sales, Supply Chain, Production and Finance
systems to a fully integrated system. RA Industries is privately held, so all ITfunctions were my
responsibility. I selected and managed external ITvendors to support our hardware and network
environments. Worked closewith family ownership
Major Accomplishments:
· Built a Data Center for Neptune in the fall of 2008. The Maintenance Manager and myself designed the
room and managed the physical room construction, which included the installation of IT equipment,
power, AC, and fire suppression. We performed these tasks on time and under budget
· Migrated RA Industries from Basic Four Manufacturing System to Syteline ERP system in 1999. We had
twomanufacturing companies implement and go live within the same year. I only had 1 other person
on staff. Both projects met the deadline and budget. I managed the consultant teams and new hardware
systems.

· Moved Neptune fromSyteline 4 to Syteline 8 in 2011. Essentially, this was a new software
implementation as Syteline changed from Progress DB to SQL so all programming, report writing, data
management was brand new. We also moved from a Unix based HP system toa Virtual Server
environment. Onceagain, the go live was a success, on time and on budget
PRESIDENT | MANUFACTURING SOFTWARE SYSTEMS | 1992 – 1998
· I ran this software company in addition to ITresponsibilities for RA Industries. I sold and implemented
the Basic Four Manufacturing System, whichwas the MRP system used by RA Industries at that time.
We had about 30 clients in the Delaware Valley,Western PA, Florida, and New Jersey
· The company closed as a result of Y2K incompatibility
PROGRAMMER/ANALYST | EASTERN SYSTEMS MANAGEMENT, INC | JUNE 1984 – MARCH
1987
