Hired as an Assistant Manager,For the Loveland Co. Family Tire and Auto location I served as an effective team member that brought this
location up from a steady second above the bottom store to a solid number one in Colorado and second place in a company portfolio of 5
similar stores. Within a year the Store Manager stepped down and I continued our winning streak as an acting store manager. Soon after I
was offered my own store to run in Windsor. Apprehensive at first for the store’s performance had been very poor. Nonetheless , the
challenge was there to lift this store off the bottom. It did not take long getting the team inspired and back to the basics of good service
work, and Windsor became the new second place holder and/or number one in Colorado. The store’s previous record sales was about
$900,000 Gross Sales and we finished 2013 with over 1,250,000 in Gross Sales. The company has provided me the opportunity to stay fresh
with innovative training in sales and shop management tools. I have definitely grown extensively with this company and become a more
modern service professional still hungry for more success.I have a strong work ethic that has been diagnosed as work-a-holic. I am gifted in
