“Comeback drill” is so

Drill Instructions:
Putout 6 cones, 5 yardsapart.Startatcone #1, sprintforward to cone #2, comeback to cone# 3
(using properplanting technique- 4steps),sprintto cone#4, etc.
o This will help in developmentof theComebackand CurlRoute
You will need two coaches to throw ballsto playersafter each playercomes back during the drill
(Green stars=Coaches)
o Get athletes to drop ball atcones 3 and 5 so they will be able to receive the nextpass
o Coacheswill stand between cones1 and 3, 3 and 5 (2 and 4, 4 and 6 when reversed)
